The following descriptions will provide
you with an overview of the Corporation’s benefits for part-time regular
employees.
Part-time regular employees are eligible
for limited Corporation benefits, though some of the benefits are
variations of our full-time benefits options.
-
Credit Union
is an alternative or complementary program to regular banking. Other
financial programs and services are also offered through the credit
union with which RCSC is affiliated.
-
Direct
Deposit is the option of having paychecks directly deposit to the
employee’s bank account.
-
Employee
Referral Program entitles an employee to a monetary award when the
employee refers an individual for employment who meets the
qualifications for an open requisition, is hired and becomes a regular
employee.
-
Family and
Medical Leave of Absence (FMLOA) provides eligible employees with
periods of leave to care for sick family members or newborn, adopted, or
step children. Such leaves may also be taken if the eligible employee
has a serious health condition. Periods of leave are also provided to
military families to include employees caring for an injured service
member, as well as employees who have a family member called to active
duty.
Upon return from FMLOA, an employee will
be restored to the employee’s original job, or to an equivalent job with
equivalent pay and other terms and conditions of employment. Employees
must have completed at least one year of service and must have worked
1250 hours in the previous 12 months to be eligible.
-
Gifts and
Memorials recognize an employee who is hospitalized, or who has a
death in the family with either flowers or memorial contribution from
the Corporation.

part-time employees annually. An employee must have completed the

without pay.

fulfill military obligations and are guaranteed job restoration rights
following separation from military service.
