Reference is made to Bylaws Article VII,
Committees, Section 1 (d) Elections, and Articles IX and X, Election of
Directors:
Nominations, Balloting, and Election of Directors will be in
accordance with the above-referenced Bylaws. However, in addition
thereto, the following is added:
1. All prospective candidate(s) must sign a Conflict of Interest
Form (BP:1-1) before being accepted as a candidate for the Board
of Directors.
2. Elected candidates will be requested to attend an
indoctrination or orientation meeting and a visit to all facilities.
