1) Set-up charges 50¢ per chair and $3.00 per table.                                                                                                                                                                             

2) Additional charges will apply for rental periods in excess of (4) hours.                                                                                                                                                                                                          

NOTES

1) ** Permanent Table & Chair set-up.  No additional set-up fee required.

2) Minimum rental charge for rooms is $25 / Cardholder.

3) Rental Rates are based on a (4) hour period of use.

4) Damage and cleaning deposit will be refunded when equipment and room are left in satisfactory condition.
