Sun City's second oldest recreation center, Fairway Center is undergoing a complete renovation. The two-phase project began in June 2008. Phase 1 work began in October 2008 with the demolition of buildings.
Phase 1 finished and opened in December 2009, and clubs moved into their new rooms and spaces. Phase 2 construction began in July 2010.
