Procedure: RCSC Handicap Permit forms are available at all golf course Pro Shops, or can be printed by clicking this link. Submit form to doctor for appropriate status and signature. Return completed form (along with Member/Privilege Card) to: Handicap Golf Permits Riverview Golf Course Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. or call 623-876-3025 for an appointment.
