Cardholders invited to see new Fairway
Phase 1 of the Fairway project is nearly complete and Recreation Centers of Sun City, Inc. invites all cardholders to come tour the new two-story building during a special open house event at 10am December 18. RCSC personnel will give tours of the new facility, and cardholders will be allowed to explore and learn the layout of the Phase 1 building.
“We are excited to open the doors to the new Fairway Center and give all cardholders an opportunity to see the new facility,” said Board President Warren Hoffmann. “All of Sun City has watched the new building go up, so we hope a lot of cardholders come out to see it.”
To ensure an orderly and efficient relocation of the Fairway clubs into their new spaces and club rooms, each club president will soon receive a move-in schedule from the Clubs and Activities Office.
With Phase 1 just about finished, RCSC turns its attention to Phase 2 of the Fairway project. Phase 2 will include the swimming pool, spa, walking track, fitness center and locker rooms. Phase 2 construction will start by July 2010.
